Locating the Report

  1. Click on Analyze Tab
    The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
  2. In the Search Reports field, type Key
  3. Click on the Key Performance Indicators Report

Logic

View performance indicators per each stage of specific jobs.  This reports how long (in days) it took to get to each job stage since the creation of the job.

Filter Options

Division All available Employers Use this filter to refine Employer of the Job Activity Users
Region All available Regions Use this filter to refine Region of the Job Activity Users
Office All available Offices Use this filter to refine Office of the Job Activity Users
Company All available Companys Use this filter to refine Company of the Job
HCM User All available HCM Users Use this filter to refine HCM Users of the Job Activity
Date From   Use this filter to refine Job Entered Date between the date range
Date To   Use this filter to refine Job Entered Date between the date range
Date Range None, Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, Last Week, This Week, Next Month,etc. When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.
