View detailed responses to your EEO questionnaires per each job title. This report is used primarily for EEO audit purposes.

All EEO responses for a given time frame will be included, even those that do not have an associated job. In the instance there is no linked job, the report will blank out the job-specific fields.

Locating the Report

1. Click on Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type EQUAL
3. Click on the Equal Employment Opportunity Report

Filter Options

	Filter Name	Options	Description
	Position		Use this filter to refine Job's Title
	Date From		EEO Forms completed on between the Date From and Date To parameter.
	Date To
	Date Range		When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.

Requisition ID	Requistion from Job (req_id from req)
Applicant	Talent's name
Position Title	Job's title
Male American Indian or Alaskan Native	If talent's race is 'American Indian or Alaskan Native' and gender is 'Male' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Male Asian	If talent's race is 'Asian' and gender is 'Male' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Male Black or African American	If talent's race is 'Black or African' and gender is 'Male' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Male Hispanic or Latino	If talent's race is 'Hispanic or Latino' and gender is 'Male' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Male White	If talent's race is 'White' and gender is 'Male' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Male Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander	If talent's race is 'Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islande' and gender is 'Male' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Male Two or More Races	If talent's race is '2 or more races' and gender is 'Male' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Male Declined to Self Identify	If talent's race is 'Decline' and gender is 'Male' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Female American Indian or Alaskan Native	If talent's race is 'American Indian or Alaskan Native' and gender is 'Female' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Female Asian	If talent's race is 'Asian' and gender is 'Female' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Female Black or African American	If talent's race is 'Black or African' and gender is 'Female' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Female Hispanic or Latino	If talent's race is 'Hispanic or Latino' and gender is 'Female' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Female White	If talent's race is 'White' and gender is 'Female' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Female Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander	If talent's race is 'Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islande' and gender is 'Female' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Female Two or More Races	If talent's race is '2 or more races' and gender is 'Female' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Female Declined to Self Identify	If talent's race is 'Decline' and gender is 'Female' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Veteran Status - Identified as one or more of the classifications of a protected veteran	If talent's has veteran status or veteran status is either 'Disabled Veteran','Other Protected Veteran','Recently Separated Veteran' or 'Active Wartime or Campaign Badge Veteran' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Veteran Status - Not Protected Veteran	If talent's doesn't have veteran status or veteran status is 'Non Veteran' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Veteran Status - Declined to Specify	If talent's veteran status is 'I do not wish to answer' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Disabled - Yes or Previously Had	If talent's has disability or disability is 'Individual with Disabilities' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Disabled - No	If talent's doesn't have disability or disability is 'Individual without Disabilities' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
Disabled - Declined to Specify	If talent's disability is 'I do not wish to answer' then it displays 1 else displays 0.
