Set up the Outlook 365 Marketplace integration and configure folder sync and filter rules.
Activate Integration (BOLD)
- Click Account & Settings.

Click Avionté Marketplace.

In the Search field, type 365.

On the Outlook365 tile, click the Settings button.
Note: If the Outlook365 tile is not listed, it may need to be activated first. See Activating the Outlook365 tile. -
Click the Connect with Outlook 365 button.
Note: Microsoft will require the username and password to be entered twice.Note: If the "Connect with Outlook 365" button does not appear, ensure the old integration method has been disabled under Utilities (Auto Email Sync and Custom SMTP). Log out and back in, then navigate to Marketplace > Outlook365. The button should now be visible. - Select the appropriate account option:

If the account is listed, click on it.
Note: If using this option, steps 7 and 9 can be skipped — the email address is already listed. -
If the account is not listed, click Use another account.

Enter the email address or phone number in the Email or Phone field.

Click Next.

Enter the password in the Password field.

Click Sign In.
Note: After signing in, a message about validating the account will appear. -

The folders listed may differ per user. Sub-folders do not currently sync.
The following folders are hidden and will not appear in the folder list: Outbox, Archive, Drafts, Deleted Items, Conversation History, Junk Email, RSS Feeds, Sync Issues.
- For existing users with Auto-Email sync, previously selected folders will be auto-selected to prevent duplication of activities.
- Select the checkbox next to each folder to sync.
- Click Save Folders.

Click Done.
Filter Rules
Adding a domain or email address to Filter Rules prevents activities from syncing for that specific domain or address.

Click Add Filter.

Enter information into the following fields:
- Domain/Address: Enter the domain or email address to filter (e.g., staffingagency.com or bob@staffingagency.com).
- Filter Sent: Check this box to prevent logging sent emails for the domain/address.
- Filter Received: Check this box to prevent logging received emails for the domain/address.

Click Save Filters. A success message briefly appears at the bottom of the screen.

Click Done.
