TEA 3. Integration Setup: Standard Text-Em-All Activity Types

Once the integration is enabled in the Marketplace, there are standard Text-Em-All activity types that automatically get added in BOLD.   It is important that these activity types are not deleted nor renamed.

Talent Activity Types

These can be found in Account & Settings > Utilities > Table Editor > Talent Activities & Tasks:

• Text-Em-All Announcement Sent
• Text-Em-All Survey Sent
• Text-Em-All Text Received
• Text-Em-All Text Sent
  
  

Contact Activity Types

These can be found in Account & Settings > Utilities > Table Editor > Contact Activities & Tasks:

• Text-Em-All Announcement Sent
• Text-Em-All Survey Sent
• Text-Em-All Text Received
