TEA 5. Integration Usage: Broadcast Creation Process

Overview

From the 4 locations listed below, when the Create Text-Em-All Broadcast button is clicked, a flyout opens and lists the selected talent or contacts:

• Talent > Search > Mass Actions
  
  
• Contact > Search > Mass Actions
  
  
• Companies > Jobs > Placements
  
  
• Jobs > Hired Details > Mass Actions

Broadcast Creation

1. Use the flyout to ensure each selected talent/contact has a phone number
   
   
   
   

2. For talent/contact missing phone numbers

   1. Can click the talent/contact name to navigate to the record and update the phone number.
      

      OR 

   2. Can remove the Talent/Contact from the list by clicking the Remove button
3. Once missing phone numbers are corrected:
   1. Can close the flyout and select the Create Text-Em-All Broadcast option from the Mass Action dropdown to refresh the flyout
      OR
   2. Can click the Create Text-Em-All Broadcast button in the flyoutand the updated phone numbers will be passed through to Text-Em-All.
4. A new browser tab will open, navigating you to the Text-Em-All Create Broadcast page.  From here the user completes their broadcast setup.
   1. Select the Broadcast type and complete any related Broadcast Settings
      
      
      
      
      
      
5. This screen shows you each of the talent or contacts that had a valid number to send the broadcast to.
   
   
   
   
6. Create Message – the screen will differ based on the broadcast type chosen
   
   
   
   
   
   
7. Review and submit the Text-Em-All Broadcast
   
   
   
   
8. Close Text-Em-All browser tab
9. The Create Text-Em-All Broadcast flyout will give you the number of talent/contacts that were successfully sent to Text-Em-All as well as the talent/contacts that did not get sent to Text-Em-All and why.
   
   
   
   
10. For talent/contact missing phone numbers:
    1. Can click the talent/contact name to navigate to the record and update the phone number.
       OR 
    2. Can remove the Talent/Contact from the list by clicking the Remove button
11. Once missing phone numbers are corrected: 
    1. Can click the Create Text-Em-All Broadcast button in the flyout and the updated phone numbers will be passed through to Text-Em-All.
