If you are viewing the onboarding tab of a talent's profile, you can delete or hide completed tasks so that the UI isn't cluttered with many old onboarding tasks and documents that are no longer relevant.

Task State definitions
Task State | Description |
Sent | This task or eDoc has been sent to the talent user and is awaiting completion. |
Complete | This task or eDoc has been sent and completed by all required parties. No further action is necessary. |
Action Required | This task or eDoc has been sent and needs some sort of recruiter action to continue, such as a needed signature. |
Rejected | A task or eDoc can be rendered rejected by a user action (ex: I-9 Rejection) or by the system (ex: unrecoverable Adobe e-document). If caused by a system issue, such as an Adobe processing error, the document must be manually resent by the recruiter. |
Filter the Onboarding Tasks
- Go to the Talent/Employee's Profile
- Click on the Onboarding Tab

To activate a filter, click on the number for one of the statuses

Completed, Sent, Action Required, or Rejected

Remove Filter on Onboarding Tasks
- Go to the Talent/Employee's Profile
- Click on the Onboarding Tab

To remove the filter, click the 'Remove Filter' button.
