Set up Talent Contract Types (Table Editor)

Do you have a set of documents you send to your applicants/talent and need to track if they’ve been sent or signed? Some examples are application, W2, I9, Contract Agreement, or just onboarding material. Once you’ve updated your list you can find this located under the Docs tab within an applicant’s profile.

You can manually track when you’ve sent and received signed documents. Even better… you can select from these document types if you’re set up to use AdobeSign within Avionté. 

 

Create a new Talent Contract Type

This will show up on the Talent's record > Document Tab > Contract Type section

  1. Click on Account & Settings
  2. Click on Table Editor

  3. Search for and click on Contract Types on the left. (This may be called 'Talent/Applicant/Candidate/etc Contract Types' depending on your System Labels)
  4. Add a document name to the New Item field
  5. Click on the Add button

  6. Top right Success: Contract Types has been added successfully. will confirm addition.


 

Example of new Contract Type

This is listed on the Talent Record > Documents tab > Talent Contracts section

  1. Go to a Talent's record
  2. Click on the Documents tab
  3. Go to the Talent Contract's section
