Set up Talent Limits for Recruiters (Table Editor)

Many organizations like to limit the number of candidates that can be managed by recruiters.  There are many reasons and theories behind why this can make a positive impact so we have a feature that can be enabled via the Utilities Manager called Applicant/Talent Limits. Select Applicant/Talent Limits from the Table Editor drop-down menu.

If a user has reached their limit they’ll be notified within the app.

Set Talent Limits

1. Click on Account & Settings
2. Click on Table Editor
   
   
   
   
3. Search for and click on Limits on the left. (This may be called 'Talent/Applicant/Candidate/etc Limits' depending on your System Labels)
4. Update the Applicant Limit field
   1. This is the maximum number of Talent that can be assigned to a Recruiter
5. Click the checkbox for App Limit On
6. Click on the Save button
