Set up Hotlist Fallout (Table Editor)

This allows an Admin user to set a limit on how many days a talent can remain on a Hotlist. If users use the Hotlist to manage and own talents, then this allows for creating a fair process to release talents for all users to work with when the time frame has been met.

Hotlist Fallout Limits

1. Click on Account & Settings.
2. Click on Table Editor.
3. Use the search bar in the upper left to locate the Hotlist Fallout option.
4. Choose the desired days from the drop-down menu (between 1 - 30)
   Note: There is a no limit option which will not remove Talent from Hotlists
5. Click on the Save button
6. A pop-up will appear in the upper right letting you know the change has been made successfully, and the days selected will be visible below.
