Set up Early Termination Reasons (Table Editor)

Users can now create and provide reasons why a contract position ended earlier than expected. When a user selects to edit an end date prior to when it was originally scheduled to end then Avionté will ask you if this candidate has been terminated. If so, the user will need to select the reason why. 

Create and edit the reasons employees are terminated by your clients.

 

Create a new Early Termination Reason

This is listed on the Job's Record > Hired Details widget > Reason for Early Termination field

  1. Click on Account & Settings
  2. Click on Table Editor

  3. Click on Early Termination Reasons tile
  4. Add a document name to the New Item field
  5. Click on the Add button
  6. Click on the Close button

Example of new Early Termination Reason

This is listed on the Job's Record > Hired Details widget > Reason for Early Termination field

Note: If there is no End Date listed on the Job, then the Early Termination field will not display.

  1. Go to a Job's record
  2. Click on the Hire Details widget
  3. Click on the Edit Icon (Pencil) for the desired Talent
  4. Update the End Date field to a date before the current date listed
    1. This is the date the Talent stopped working at the Job
  5. Click the radio button for the Early Termination question field.
    1. Clicking Yes will display the Reason for Early Termination field
  6. Select a reason from the drop down menu
  7. Click on the Save button
