Select the users who will be automatically notified which applicants are extended, terminated or converted.
Add or remove Users from Notifications
- Click on Account & Settings.
- Click on Table Editor.
- Use the search bar in the upper left to locate the Extension/Termination/Convert Notifications option.
- Click in the Users field.
- Start typing in the Username in the search bar above the Available Users frame.
- Click on the User's name.
- Click the add button to move them from Available Users to Active Users.
- Click on the Save button.
- A pop-up will appear in the upper right letting you know the new user has been successfully added.
- Click on the Close button.
Examples of Notifications
- Go to a Job's record
- Go to the Hired Details widget
- Click the Edit icon (Pencil) next to the Talent
- Extend, Terminate or convert the Job
- Click on the Save button
- A notification email will get sent to the defaulted User.
