Set up Opportunity Types (Table Editor)

When working with new accounts you can track the types of opportunities you’re chasing. This can be defined with whatever serves your companies offerings best. This could contract services, permanent searches, SOW projects, etc.

Create and edit the different types of opportunities.

 

Create a new Opportunity Type

This is listed on the Company Record > Opportunities tab > Type field

  1. Click on Account & Settings
  2. Click on Table Editor

  3. Click on Opportunity Types tile
  4. Add a name to the New Item field
  5. Click on the Add button
  6. Click on the Close button

Example of Opportunity Types

This is listed on the Company Record > Opportunities tab > Type field

  1. Go to a Company's record
  2. Click on the Opportunities tab
  3. Click on Create Opportunity
  4. Fill out the information as needed.
    1. The Opportunity Type field will display the options
  5. Click on the Create Opportunity button
