Set up Custom Tags (Table Editor)

Custom Tags are used to tag and search on against your candidates. We provide you with three unique customizable tags for you to create. Simply create the tag name and the tag type (text, date or numeric). Examples of custom tags can be Birth Month to easily track your candidates upcoming birthdays.

Create and edit up to three custom tags that you would like to use on applicant profiles, along with the tag type.

 

Create a new Custom Tag

This is listed on the Talent Record > Custom Widget widget > Category = Tags

  1. Click on Account & Settings
  2. Click on Table Editor

  3. Click on Custom Tags tile
  4. Add a document name to the New Item field
  5. Choose a type of field from the Item Type field
    1. Date
    2. Number
    3. Text
  6. Click on the Add button
  7. Click on the Close button

Example of new Custom Tags

This is listed on the Talent Record > Custom Widget widget > Category = Tags

The field can be edited on the Talent Record > Tags tab > bottom section

  1. Go to a Talent's record
  2. Go to the Custom Widget widget
  3. Click the Edit icon (Pencil)
  4. For the Category field, select Tags
  5. In the Field drop down, this will display all the options
    1. Select an option
  6. Click on the Plus icon (+)
  7. Click on the Save icon

Update Custom Tags on Talent record

  1. Go to the Talent's record
  2. Click on the Tags tab
    1. Scroll down to the bottom to see the Custom Tags field(s)
  3. Click the Edit icon (Pencil)
  4. Update the field(s)
  5. Click the Save icon
