Set up New Pipeline Requirements (Table Editor)

Need to make sure certain fields are filled out on the applicant/talent profile before being pipelined? Simply update which fields, tags, or activities must be logged on the profile prior to the candidate being pipelined or placed under consideration. 

Specify which fields, tags or activities need to be populated prior to pipelining an applicant to a job.

Add or remove New Pipeline Requirements

  1. Click on Account & Settings.
  2. Click on Table Editor.Bold - myDashboard - Account & Settings Menu & Table Editor Highlighted.png
  3. Use the search bar in the upper left to locate the New Pipeline Requirements option.
  4. On the right, you will see 3 sections.
    1. Fields
    2. Application Activities
    3. Application Tags
  5. Use the carrot icon to the left of each fields name to expand it, and you will see all options available for each section. Click the checkbox next to each item you would like to add as a pipeline requirement.

  7. A pop-up will appear in the upper right letting you know the pipeline requirements have been successfully updated.

Example of New Pipeline Requirements

When pipelining a Talent, the new requirement(s) will need to be completed before proceeding.

  1. Go to a Job's record
  2. Click on the View Talent Screen button
  3. Click on the Pipeline icon
    1. If the required information is missing then a warning will display preventing the Talent from being nominated.
  4. Fill out the required information
  5. Click on the Pipeline Talent button
