Set up Pipeline Stages (Table Editor)

This editor is used to store and edit your stages associated with your pipelined/under consideration individuals. The pipeline is used for internal screening purposes. Use these stages to track your candidate’s latest stage and report of them as well.

Create and edit job stages applicants can pass through before being nominated.

 

Add new Pipeline Stages

When pipelining a Talent, the new stage will be listed in the Pipeline Stage field.

  1. Click on Account & Settings
  2. Click on Table Editor

  3. Search for and click on Pipeline Stages on the left.
  4. Add a name to the New Item field.
  5. Select the type of Stage from the Item Type field.
  6. Add a value to the Stage Order field.
  7. Click on the Add button.

  8. Top right Success: Pipeline Stages has been added successfully. will confirm addition.

Example of new Pipeline Stages

When pipelining a Talent, the new stage will be listed in the Pipeline Stage field.

  1. Go to a Job's record
  2. Click on the View Talent Screen button
  3. Go to a Talent to Pipeline
  4. Click on the Pipeline icon  
  5. Choose an option where the Stage field 
    1. If a Talent is already Pipelined, the Stage can still be updated.
  6. Fill out any additional information
  7. Click on the Pipeline Talent button
