Feedback from Interview Kit and Feedback Forms (Contact Experience)

Ask specific questions to the interviewer(s) and get their feedback on the candidates.

How Interviews Surface in the Contact Experience

Interviews appear in the Contact Experience portal when a contact has been added as an interviewer on a job within AviontéBOLD. Once added, the contact will:

  • Receive an invite email containing a direct link to the Feedback Form
  • See the interview listed in the My Interviews widget on their myDashboard
  • Be able to access the Feedback Form from either the email link or the widget

To ensure interviews appear for your contact:

  1. In AviontéBOLD, navigate to the Job
  2. Schedule the interview and add the client contact as an interviewer
  3. The contact will receive their invite email and the interview will populate in their portal automatically

Note: If a contact reports not seeing an interview in their portal, verify that they have been added as an interviewer on the job in BOLD and that their Contact Experience login is active.
