AI Generated Job Descriptions in BOLD

When creating a new job in BOLD, users now have access to a new AI-assisted feature for generating job descriptions. This functionality aims to streamline the job creation process by using AI to draft job descriptions based on user input.

When users create a new job in BOLD, they will now see a new text box in the “Job Descriptions & Notes” section.

Upon filling out the Position Title for the job, they will be able to click the Generate GenAI Description button, which uses AI to generate a job description using the details a recruiter fills out. The quality of the description depends largely on the number of details provided so make sure that as many fields as possible are filled out, especially in the “Position Title & Skills” section. 

When the Generate GenAI Description button is clicked, BOLD will generate a description and populate the Job Description text box, allowing users to review and edit descriptions.

After reviewing the job description, click Create Job to create the job and attach the job description. Visit the Job Description section of the job in Bold to view or download the description.

All existing BOLD job description functionality applies for AI generated descriptions.
