The Job Details page in AviontéBOLD is the central hub for managing every aspect of a job order — from operational and financial configuration to posting, scheduling, approval workflows, and talent placement tracking. This article provides an overview of the icons, header details, and customizable widgets available on the Job Details page.
Widgets on the Job Details page can be added, removed, and rearranged to match each user's workflow. Use the Add Widget button at the top right of the page to add widgets to your view. Hover over any widget header to reveal icons for editing and repositioning.
Icons Used
The following icons appear in the Job Details header and provide quick access to key job-level actions.

Job Details
The Job Details header at the top of the page displays key identifying information and current status for the job. Status badges indicate whether the job is Open or Closed, its posting status (Posted or Not Posted), and whether the position has been Filled.

Two action buttons are available in the top right corner of the Job Details header:
- Add Widget — Opens a menu to select and add available widgets to the Job Details page view.
- Create Clone — Creates an exact duplicate of the current job order. Useful for quickly creating similar positions without re-entering all details from scratch.
Widgets
Job widgets are found below the Job Details header and house all of the operational, financial, scheduling, and administrative information for the job. Widgets can be added to the page using the Add Widget button and rearranged by hovering over the widget header to reveal the move icon. The sections below describe each available widget and its fields.
Client Profile Widget
The Client Profile widget displays the contact and billing information for the company associated with this job order. This includes the client name, address, phone number, email, division, department, cost center, and billing contact — providing a quick reference to key client details without navigating away from the job record.
Custom Fields Widget
The Custom Fields widget allows organizations to attach custom data fields to a job record, supporting unique business requirements that go beyond standard job fields. Custom fields are configured in the Table Editor. From this widget, fields can be added by selecting from the Select a Custom Field dropdown and clicking + Add. Existing custom fields can be edited or deleted from within the widget as well.
Hired Details Widget
The Hired Details widget displays all talent currently placed on this job, including their hired date and placement start and end dates. Each placement row includes a Hired Details button that opens the Hired Details panel inline — no navigation required, and your table filters and scroll position are preserved when you close the panel.
From the Hired Details panel, you can review and update placement details including rates, overtime settings, employment type, expenses, pay basis, and more. Custom fields for the placement are also accessible here and can be added, edited, or deleted depending on your permissions.

Shift Schedule Widget
The Shift Schedule widget allows you to define the expected work schedule for the job, including shift type, days, start and end times, and break hours. Shift schedule details are used for timesheet generation and integrate with the Back Office as soon as a job order with a shift schedule is created. Pre-configured shift templates can be applied here for faster setup.

Operations & Financials Widget
The Operations & Financials widget is the most comprehensive widget on the Job Details page. It is organized into two sections: Operations, which covers job type, billing configuration, and time capture settings; and Estimated Dates and Financials, which captures pay rates, bill rates, markup, burden, overtime rules, and other financial parameters for the placement.

Job Notes Widget
The Job Notes widget provides a free-text area for adding internal notes about the job. Notes entered here are visible to internal users only and can be used to capture client preferences, special requirements, context from client conversations, or any other information relevant to recruiting for this position.
Job Descriptions Widget
The Job Descriptions widget stores job description files — such as Word documents or PDFs — directly on the job record. Files can be uploaded by clicking the upload icon or by dragging and dropping them onto the widget. These files can be referenced when posting the job externally or sharing position details with clients and talent.
Job Posting Status & Options Widget
The Job Posting Status & Options widget shows whether the job has been posted to any external job boards or platforms, and provides the tools to manage posting. Click the + icon to add a posting destination and configure options. If the job has not been posted, the widget displays "This job has not been posted."
Job Ending Reminders Widget
The Job Ending Reminders widget allows you to configure automated notifications that are sent as a job's end date approaches. This helps ensure timely action on contract renewals, end-of-assignment communications, and talent transitions. Reminders can be distributed to the Hiring Manager, the Contractor, and the Job Rep.

Custom Job Details Widget
The Custom Job Details widget contains two configurable sections: Custom Filled Job Requirements and Custom Job Details. These allow organizations to capture additional job-specific information that goes beyond standard fields, supporting specialized workflows, compliance requirements, or unique client reporting needs. Values are configured in the Table Editor.
Position Categories & Skill Set Widget
The Position Categories & Skill Set widget allows you to associate position categories and specific skills with a job order, improving talent matching and searchability. A primary position category can be set, with additional categories and skills added as needed. New categories can be created directly from this widget without leaving the job record.
Job Costs Widget
The Job Costs widget tracks additional cost items associated with the job beyond standard pay and bill rates. Cost types, amounts, and notes can be added to build a more complete financial picture of the job order, supporting accurate billing and gross margin reporting.
Job Distribution Widget
The Job Distribution widget manages how the job is distributed to talent through Avionté's 24/7 WORK mobile platform. Color-coded distribution status indicators show whether the job is awaiting distribution, currently in distribution, or fully distributed. This widget is used by organizations leveraging the Avionté 24/7 app for talent engagement and shift fulfillment.
Job Approvals Widget
The Job Approvals widget enables an internal approval workflow for job orders that require sign-off before they are activated or filled. When an approval is required, clicking the edit icon opens the approval configuration. Approvers receive a notification and can approve, approve with notes, or reject the job. The widget displays the current approval status at a glance.
Additional Transactions Widget
The Additional Transactions widget allows you to define default non-standard pay and bill transactions for a job, such as on-call pay, mileage reimbursement, or equipment allowances. Setting these defaults at the job level automatically pre-populates these transaction types for every placement made on the job, reducing manual configuration and the risk of errors.

Commission Allocation Widget
The Commission Allocation widget allows you to define how commission is split among team members for placements on this job. Recipients, commission types, and percentages or dollar amounts can be configured directly within the widget. The total allocation must equal 100% before the configuration can be saved. Commission allocation can be toggled on or off at the job level.
VMS Details Widget
The VMS Details widget stores information related to a Vendor Management System (VMS) connection for this job. Organizations that receive job orders through a third-party VMS use this widget to capture VMS-specific job identifiers, submission limits, notes, and requirements — keeping all relevant VMS data accessible directly from the job record.

Job Sub Vendors Widget
The Job Sub Vendors widget allows you to share a job order with one or more sub-vendor agencies, enabling them to submit candidates for the position. Sub vendors are selected from the dropdown and added to the job. The fee percentage for a specific sub-vendor can also be adjusted on a per-job basis directly from this widget, overriding the default contract markup if needed.
Job Documents Widget
The Job Documents widget stores documents associated with the job order beyond the job description file, such as client contracts, statements of work, compliance documents, or other position-related files. Files can be uploaded using the upload icon or by dragging and dropping directly onto the widget. A document type filter allows documents to be organized and viewed by category.
Job Activities Widget
The Job Activities widget displays a log of activities associated with this job order, providing a running history of actions taken on the record. Activities are automatically generated as users interact with the job and serve as a useful audit trail for reviewing recruiting activity, communication history, stage progressions, and workflow events.
Talent Screen
Clicking the View Talent Screen icon in the Job Details header opens the Talent Screen — the central recruiting workspace for this job order. The Talent Screen shares the same header layout as the Job Details page, with two differences: the third header icon now navigates back to the Job Details page, and the Add Widget button is replaced by two new action buttons:
- Search Applicants — Opens the Applicant Search panel at the bottom of the page, allowing you to search for talent across the buckets on the screen.
- Show Applicant History — Displays the last 40 talent records you have recently contacted, showing Name, Activity, and Date for quick reference.
The Talent Screen is organized into several buckets, each representing a different source or stage of candidates for the job. The sections below describe each bucket.
Job – At a Glance
The Job – At a Glance bar appears at the top of the Talent Screen and provides an instant snapshot of key recruiting metrics for the job, updating in real time as candidates move through the pipeline.

Nominated
The Nominated section displays all candidates who have been formally submitted to the client for this job. The section header shows a real-time summary of Total Positions, Open Positions, In Process, Offered, and Interviews counts. Candidates can be ranked by dragging and dropping rows, and a sort/filter dropdown on the right allows the list to be ordered by availability, city, credentials, and other criteria.

Pipelined
The Pipelined section is used to track candidates through your organization's internal screening or interview process before formally nominating them to the client. Each job has its own independent pipeline. The section header displays counts of candidates Nominated from Pipelined and Declined from Pipelined. Pipeline stages are configured in the Table Editor and can be customized to reflect your team's internal workflow.
Vendor Applicants
The Vendor Applicants section displays candidates submitted by sub-vendor agencies that have been granted access to this job. The header shows counts of candidates Nominated from Vendors and Declined from Vendors. This section is relevant for organizations using the sub-vendor feature to extend their recruiting reach.
Web Applicants
The Web Applicants section displays candidates who have applied for the job through your careers page or web application portal. The header shows counts of Nominated from Web Applicants and Declined from Web Applicants. The Unique toggle filters the list to show only one record per candidate, in cases where a candidate has applied multiple times. A sort/filter dropdown allows the list to be ordered by apply date, availability, and other criteria.
Matching Agent
The Matching Agent section automatically identifies candidates in your database who are strong matches for the job based on position category tags, skills, and geographic proximity. Candidates within approximately 50 miles of the job site receive a higher rank than candidates farther away. The list refreshes as your talent database changes, giving recruiters a continuously updated pool of potential candidates to consider without running manual searches.

Applicant Search
The Applicant Search section at the bottom of the Talent Screen allows you to search for candidates across one or more buckets on the page simultaneously. Search criteria include name, location, certifications, industry experience, positions, skills, and keywords. The Search in checkboxes let you target your search to specific buckets: Nominated, Pipelined, Web Applicants, and/or Matching Agent. This is especially useful for quickly finding whether a specific candidate already exists in any bucket for this job.
