Set up and use Placement Statuses

The Placement Status has always been available as a Talent Term on which you can perform searches as well as on the Talent Profile in the Placement Status widget. In addition to this, Avionté provides a clear indication on your Talent records if a Talent is currently working or not. The goal of this functionality is to provide recruiters clear visibility into a Talent's placement status within the system to ensure they can make strong decisions when working in a fast-paced environment.

Placement Status Tags

The Widget is located on the Talent record.

This placement widget provides users access to view the history of their Talent's current or past placements. When a button you hover over a button, features of those placements display and can be clicked on to access additional details.

Placement Status Searching Tips

Placement Status has overlap with other Statuses and it is not recommended to search for multiple Placement Statuses when searching for a specific Placement Status.

Some categories encompass more than one placement status.

It's a lot simpler if you just based the search off each of the 4 statuses a talent could have, giving the ability to just select which statuses you want to be included in your search.

If you want to see only those who have never been placed, you select the "Not Assigned" button.
If you want to see both those who have never been assigned, as well as those who have been placed in the past but aren't currently working, you select the "Not Assigned" button and the "Has Placement History" button. Etc.

Summary

When searching for Placement Statuses, it's best to only search by 1 Status at a time

Otherwise, you may get results that aren't relevant to your search.

This search functionality allows users easy access to search for Talent based on their current and historic placement data.

Placement Status - Search Results and Profile indicator

The placement statuses that reflect whether a Talent is currently working or not also display on our Talent search results, the Talent profile (which is visible in the Talent search preview flyout), and on the talent profile of the talent record. This quick placement status information is designed to inform users whether this Talent is currently working or not.

View and Edit Placements

Click on Account & Settings
Click on Table Editor
Type the following in the search bar:
1. PLACEMENT
Click on the Placement Status Tile
1. Listed under the Misc section
You can edit the names
Click Close

Placement Status Tag	Definition	Search Results Status
Placed	The Talent identified in this search, or with this displayed on their Placement Status widget, has been placed in a permanent position or a contract position at some point and time - currently or formerly. This status will not display in your search results. Instead, it will identify a collection of talent in other statuses like "Active Contractor", "Not Active Contractor", "Placed", and "Placed Permanently" based on their most current placement status. Unplaced	The Talent identified in this search, or with this displayed on their Placement Status widget, is Talent that has never been placed. All Talent produced in this search will have a status of "Not Active Contractor" but will filter out those who might not be active contractors have worked on contract before.	N/A
Active Contractor	The Talent identified in this search, or with this displayed on their Placement Status widget, are currently on an active contract.	Active Contractor
Not Active Contractor	The Talent identified in this search or with this displayed on their Placement Status widget has not been placed in a permanent position and are not currently on an active contract. This search result will produce a complete list of Talent with a "Not Active Contractor" status	Not Active Contractor
Former Contractor	The Talent identified in this search, or with this displaying on their Placement Status widget, have had a prior contract position that has ended. However, it will not filter out currently working contractors so these search results might produce talent with status's of "Former Contractor", "Active Contractor", "Not Active Contractor", and "Placed Permanently" depending on their most current placement status. Placed Permanently	The Talent identified in this search, or with this displaying on their Placement Status widget, have at some point been placed in a permanent position. However, if their permanent engagement had ended and a newer contract role has been logged on their record we will see talent with different statuses in the results of this search as well.
