Application Compliance Message

The Application Compliance Message assists with California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) compliance, which impose specific requirements on businesses that collect personal information from California residents, including job applicants. The requirement to share a notice at the point of data collection can be satisfied by sharing your company's data privacy policy with the applicant before they enter their personal information. This message can be edited in the Languages portion of a Careers Page.

To create the verbiage for an Application Compliance Message, navigate to Utilities > Careers Page Editor > Languages. Select which Language you want to create an Application Compliance Message for, found above the Job Description area.

To then enable your message, select a Workflow, and open the Applicant Details Visibility & Requirements section. Set the Compliance Message to visible.
