Expressed Email Consent - Talent search

This does not limit the functionality of the system; it is a UI reminder of which people talent are allowed to contact as a result of opting in.

Note: This doesn't stop communications from being sent out.

Setup

To use this feature: Go to Talent Search > Select Talent Terms - Expressed Email Consent

 

• Set the Expressed Consent toggle to search for results where the answer is "Yes," that is, the talent has expressed consent to receive emails. (Switching the toggle retrieves results where the answer is "No"; the talent has not expressed consent.)

 

• Click Done > Click the search button. The list of talent shown will be those that have expressed consent.
