Add Timezone Option To Address/Location (Talent Search)

If the current Company/Contact CRM search, once the country (US / Canada) is selected, another drop-down appears allowing you to search by time zone.  Due to the amount of remote work done currently, we added the ability to search for talent by time zone.  

 

Steps to use this feature

1. Go to the Talent Search.
2. Choose the Talent Term Location.
3. Choose the Country.
   1. A new field will populate under the Country called Timezone.
   2. This field will populate a drop-down list of the different time zones.

You will be able to select a timezone. Running these parameters will return candidates whose zip code falls within the selected timezone.
