Setup and use Essential StaffCARE (ESC)

Integration Setup

In order to enable and configure the integration, users need to have the Marketplace Admin user permission enabled.

Users who open Essential StaffCARE (ESC) from the Marketplace, without the Marketplace Admin permission, will see the following message.

Marketplace Integration Enablement

This is a 1-time setup and usually doesn't require any changes later on.

Note: There might be some mapping and setup required in Back Office/Classic.

Login to your BOLD environment.

  1. Click Account & Settings
  2. Click Avionte Marketplace

  3. In the Search area, type: ESC

  4. Click the Settings button

  5. If you receive the following message, this integration is not available for setup until it's activated.
    1. Click the Have an Avionte Account Executive Contact Me button
      Note: I would also recommend contacting your Account Manager via email or phone.

  6. There are a few different Types to select from.
    1. ePortal
    2. e-Form
    3. Custom
    4. EOE

 

 

Types of Setup

Ensure you are using the correct type of setup.  

 

ePortal

  • Configuration Name: Add a name for the setup
    • Example: ESC or Essential StaffCARE
  • Type: ePortal
  • Access Code: This is provided from ESC
  • Password: This is provided from ESC

Click the Save button

Click the Done button

e-Form

  • Configuration Name: Add a name for the setup
    • Example: ESC or Essential StaffCARE
  • Type: e-Form
  • Access Code: This is provided from ESC
  • Password: This is provided from ESC

Click the Save button

EOE (Embedded Onboarding Enrollment)

  • Configuration Name: Add a name for the setup
    • Example: ESC or Essential StaffCARE
  • Type: EOE
  • Api Key: This is provided from ESC

Click the Save button

Custom

  • Configuration Name: Add a name for the setup
    • Example: ESC or Essential StaffCARE
  • Type: Custom
  • Access Code: This is provided from ESC
  • Password: This is provided from ESC
  • Custom URL: This is provided from ESC

Click the Save button

Click the Done button

Sending ESC Tasks

  1. Click on the Talent Tab
  2. Search for the Talent to whom you wish to send the onboarding task

  3. Click the Onboarding tab.

    1. Effective 08/19/2021; all new Talent will require a Username to be setup
      1. The Username is not needed to login but can be used instead of their email.
        Note: This is due to the changes that allow Talent without an Email address to be created.
        Creating Talent without an Email.
    2. Click the Create & Send Email button

    3. If the menu does not include the Onboarding tab, click the mceclip10.png icon to the right of the menu.

    4. Click the Plus icon to the left of 'Onboarding'
    5. Click the Done button

    6. Click the Send Onboarding Tasks button
      1. A flyout appears on the right.

    7. Click on the Integration Tasks section, to expand the list.
    8. Click the checkbox for Essential StaffCARE

      1. Once you select Essential StaffCARE checkbox, a new field will appear
    9. Select the configuration from the dropdown menu for Select ESC Configuration

    10. Click the Send button

    11. The Essential StaffCARE onboarding task will appear
