Navigating AVI (Avionte Virtual Assistant)

Note: An account in Zendesk is required to submit a ticket.  Please contact your Account Manager with any questions.

  1. Sign in to your BOLD platform.
  2. Click on AVI

  3. Click on Customer Support



  4. Click on the Create New Ticket or View All Tickets button



  5. A new window will bring you to our Support Center Knowledge Base.
  6. Enter your Email and Password for your Zendesk account.
    1. This next step is a one time set up and doesn't require you to sign in each time.
  7. Click on the Sign in button



  8. If 'Create a New Ticket' is selected, complete the Submit a request form to complete the ticket submission process.



  9. If 'View All Tickets" is selected, you will be directed to the My activities page to view your entire ticket request history.

Viewing the Avionte Community Forum

  1. Follow Steps 1-3 from above, then click Avionte Community



  2.  You will be brought to the Community/Topics forum where topics can be reviewed, questions asked, and more items following the general discussion of the AvionteBOLD platform.



Viewing Product Updates, Compliance Updates & Subscribing to the BOLD Bulletin

Viewing Product Updates

  1. Sign in to your BOLD platform.
  2. Click on AVI

  3. Click on Product Updates


  4. Recent Product Releases are viewable with a small summary of the update. Click Learn More to see the full Release Note. The entire archive of Release Notes can also be accessed by clicking Take Me There below the anchored Product Updates message.


Viewing Compliance Updates

  1. Sign in to your BOLD platform.
  2. Click on AVI

  3. Click on Product Updates



  4. Scroll down to the Compliance Updates message and click Take me there



  5. The Compliance Updates library will then be accessible 


Subscribing to the BOLD Bulletin

  1. Sign in to your BOLD platform.
  2. Click on AVI

  3. Click on Product Updates



  4. Scroll down to the BOLD Bulletin message and click Subscribe



Follow Training & Events

  1. Sign in to your BOLD platform.
  2. Click on AVI

  3. Click on Training & Events


  4. Select from various Avionte Trainings offered by category or checkout upcoming/past Events featuring Avionte


Searching the Knowledge Base In-App

  1. Sign in to your BOLD platform.
  2. Click on AVI

  3. Click on Knowledge Base



  4. Use the search bar to locate relevant KB articles for the BOLD platform. Click on the desired link to open the KB article



  5. The selected article will become viewable in BOLD. To view the entire article in a new webpage, click the Open Article in New Tab button


Utilizing Guided Walkthroughs

  1. Sign in to your BOLD platform.
  2. Click on AVI

  3. Click on How Do I...



  4. Use the search function or scroll bar to locate relevant Guided Walkthroughs. Select a guide link to launch the walkthrough.



  5. Once the guide appears on screen, click Continue to begin the walkthrough
