Understanding This Report

What This Report Shows You

The Job Board Insight Report displays each job as a separate row with essential job details and placement information. Each row shows the job's start date, office location, number of open positions, and hired candidate details including names and placement start dates. For jobs with multiple placements, the Candidate Hired column lists all placed talent, providing a complete view of which positions have been filled and which remain open across your organization.

Why Use This Report

This report helps you manage day-to-day operations and answer critical questions:

  • Which jobs have the most open positions that need to be filled?
  • Which candidates were recently hired and when did their placements start?
  • How many positions are still open across different office locations?
  • Which jobs starting soon still have unfilled positions?
  • What is the hiring status across different branch locations?
  • Which offices have successfully filled their positions versus those with openings?
  • How many placements have been made for specific job orders?

Who Benefits From This Report

Different roles use this report to address specific operational needs:

HR Managers: Track job fill rates across office locations, monitor which positions have the most openings, and ensure adequate hiring progress for upcoming start dates. The open positions count provides quick visibility into staffing gaps across the organization.

Recruiters: Identify jobs with unfilled positions that need immediate candidate sourcing, review their recent placement successes by seeing which candidates they've hired, and prioritize efforts based on job start dates and remaining open positions.

Project Managers: Monitor office-level hiring capacity by comparing open positions across branches, ensure adequate coverage for upcoming job start dates, and coordinate recruiting resources to offices with the highest number of unfilled positions.

Finance Managers: Track placement timing by reviewing hired start dates, validate the number of positions filled versus open for budgeting and revenue forecasting, and analyze hiring velocity across different office locations.

Executive Leadership: Gain visibility into overall job fill performance across offices, identify locations with the highest number of open positions requiring attention, monitor hiring trends by reviewing placement start dates, and make strategic decisions about recruiting capacity based on unfilled position counts.
