Track candidate progression through job stages with weekly aggregated metrics. Click any number to drill down into detailed candidate and job information.

Locating the Report

  1. Click on the Analyze Tab
    The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
  2. In the Search Reports field, type "CANDIDATE PROCESSING"
  3. Click on the Candidate Processing Report

Logic

A weekly aggregate of candidates placed through job stages. Selecting the associated numbers within the columns allows for a detailed view, including talent, company, and Req information.

Report Data is compiled from the Job Details page - Posting and Managing Jobs

Refresh Schedule: Weekly, ending each Saturday
Summary Level: Aggregated counts by week and activity type
Detail Level: Click any number to view individual candidate/job records

Key Metrics Explained:

  • Started - New jobs activated during date range
  • Contracts Completed - Contract/C2P jobs that ended on time
  • Converted to Perm - Contract positions converted to permanent hire
  • Ended Early - Contracts terminated before scheduled end date
  • Extended - Contracts renewed beyond original end date
  • Dynamic Activity Types - Custom job stage movements (excludes "Started")

Note: Week Ending always displays as Saturday's date regardless of the actual activity day.

Filter Options

Division All available Employers Filter by employer to compare performance across your staffing divisions
Region  All available Regions Filter by region to analyze geographic recruiting trends
Office  All available Branches Filter by branch office for location-specific metrics
Company  All available Companys Filter by client company for client-specific reporting
HCM User All available HCM Users Filter by recruiter to track individual productivity
Date From Start Date for Activity Types Start date - updated as Sunday's or Saturday's date
Date To End Date for Activity Types End date for custom date range
Date Range Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, Last/This/Next Week/Month/Quarter/Year, Week/Month/Quarter/Year to Date, Last/Next 7/14/30/60/90 Days When selected, auto-populates dates and disables Date From/Date To fields. Use for quick standard periods.

WeekEnding Points Activity date to Saturday's date of activity date Always displays as Saturday
Started Count of Jobs that started within the date range and has the job activity "Started"  
Contracts Completed Count of Jobs that ended within the date range and has system job types, "Contract', 'Contract to Perm' On-time completions only
Contracts Converted to Perm Count of Jobs that started within the date range and has system job types, 'Contract', 'Contract to Perm'    
Contracts Ended Early Count of Jobs that ended within the date range and has  system job types, 'Contract', 'Contract to Perm'   Before scheduled end date
Contracts Extended Count of Jobs that started within the date range and has  system  job types, 'Contract', 'Contract to Perm'   Beyond original end date
Dynamic Activity types  Count of job activities under activity types of a job that has date between the date range and where activity type is not "started" Excludes "Started" activity

Date Month, Day, Year, Time Stamp of activity
Position Job title
Applicant Candidate name
Company Client company name
Requisition Req/Job ID number
User/Rep Recruiter listed in Talent Operational Information section of the Talent Profile
Credit to User who nominated the candidate (auto-populates, editable via dropdown)

 

Common Use Cases

  1. Weekly Pipeline Review - Filter by Office/Region to review recruiting activity in team meetings
  2. Client Reporting - Filter by Company + Date Range to create client-specific metrics
  3. Recruiter Performance - Filter by HCM User to track individual placement activity
  4. Contract Management - Compare Extensions vs. Early Endings to identify retention issues
  5. Trend Analysis - Run report for multiple weeks to spot patterns in contract conversions or early terminations

 

Tips

  • Week Ending date is always Saturday—look for the Saturday closest to your target date
  • Use Date Range for speed; use Date From/To for precise custom periods
  • Detail report shows Credit To field—verify proper commission allocation
  • Compare multiple weeks to identify trends in specific activity types
  • Export detail report for deeper analysis in Excel
  • Bookmark commonly used filter combinations for quick access
