Set up Weekly Estimated Hours (Table Editor)

These hours are used for forecasting reports. In a given work week there are, on average, 40 hours. Not all employees will work the normal 40 hours consistently which could perhaps bring your average down to 38 hours allowing for more accurate forecasted reporting.

Select the average hours worked by contractors weekly.

 

Update the Weekly Estimated Hours

The Weekly Estimated Hours are used for Reporting / Forecasting.

  1. Click on Account & Settings
  2. Click on Table Editor

  3. Click on Weekly Estimated Hours tile
  4. Update the value to the desired value
  5. Click on the Save button
  6. Click on the Close button

The Weekly Estimated Hours are used for Reporting / Forecasting.

 

Contract Falloffs Report

View contractor positions that will end given a defined time-range.  This allows to plan for an extension or to find a new job for the contractor. 

 

Contractor Forecast Report

The report forecasts the total revenue, cost of service, and gross profit through a specified date based off your current contractors’ intake. Additionally, you can drill down to view the jobs used to calculate the totals.

 

Hiring History Report

Started applicants and basic job information given a specified date range.

 

Job Board Forecast Report

Estimate your potential revenue and gross profit across all open job orders. This report factors in estimated payable and billable hours for a contract’s duration.
