Pay and Work Hours History centralizes all essential pay and work hours information, making it readily accessible regardless of how hours are entered—manually, through imports, or via other means. By consolidating this data into one seamless platform, recruiters can save time, reduce complexity, and gain a real-time, comprehensive understanding of a talent's work history with the Agency.

User Permissions
Access to History features is controlled through user-level permissions:
- History View: Enable to add and view the History tab of a Talent record. Requires integrated Back Office.
- Pay History: Pay History is automatically checked when History View is enabled and allows users to see pay history for talent.
- Hours History: Allows users to see work history for talent and company.
- Restrict Gross Profit: Hides gross profit information from hours history.
- Tax Statements: Tax Statements must be selected for a user to view and download talent tax statements.
- Extract to Excel: Exporting to CSV is only available if user has this permission.
Restrict Gross Profit
The Restrict Gross Profit permission allows administrators to control which users can see gross profit and billing information in Hours History. When enabled, sensitive financial data is hidden from the user's view without any indication that fields are missing. This permission is unchecked by default.
When Restrict Gross Profit is checked for a user, the following fields are hidden:

Note: The Company column hyperlinks to the Company record. If the user doesn't have access to the Office, they will not be able to view the Hours.

The Hours History also includes the ability to:

- Detail: Includes all summary columns plus additional detail columns (Type, Pay Unit, Bill Unit, Pay Rate, Bill Rate, Item Pay, Item Bill)
- Summary (default): Includes aggregate summary information only

Filter: By Company Office, Job, and/or Date Range

Column: Edits which Columns show based on what is selected
Clicking on > next to the Company will expand the section to show more details.
Tax Statements
The Tax Statements tab gives HCM users direct access to a talent's tax documents, making it easy to retrieve and share forms when a talent reaches out for assistance. This feature is available for integrated environments only.
- Navigate to a Talent Profile
- Click on the History tab

Click Tax Statements
Note: The History tab displays three tabs in this order: Pay History, Hours History, Tax Statements.
When tax documents are available, they are organized by document type. Each type appears as a collapsible section—click the caret (>) to expand and view the documents within.
Only document types that exist for the talent are displayed. For example, if a talent has no T4A on file, the T4A section will not appear.
The following document types may be available depending on the talent's country:

Each document section displays the following fields:
- Employer
- Tax Year
- Actions – when a user clicks the Download button it is tracked in the export audit log under Utilities, the View (eye) button opens the form in a new tab.
If no tax statements are on file for the talent, the tab displays: There are no tax statements records for this talent.
Company History
- Navigate to a Company page
