When logging an activity or a task, you will notice the creation, distribution, and details are identical. However, it is important to understand how and when to use each.
A task is used to note an upcoming "to-do" — for example, leveraging the task type "Client Visit" and including your colleague(s). When you select the calendar icon, you will be taken to your email account where you can send the invite out.
