Using and adding Talent to Hotlists

Hotlists allow users to add talent to lists for quick reference. Only Talent that have been added via the Quick Actions Menu, will be displayed.

Occasionally you will come across an amazing candidate who you know would get the job if given the opportunity, but the right job just isn't available. When you find these all-star candidates, you can add them to your Hot List.

Note: If you are sharing Tasks, then the Hotlists will also be shared.

Talent & Dashboard Functionality

From a talent’s profile users can add talent to their call HotList by clicking Add to HotList in their Quick Actions Widget (see Talent screenshot). From here Talent will be added to a list in two places in the dashboard- Hotlist Widget (see Dashboard Widget screenshot) and Dashboard>Tasks>Hotlist (see Dashboard>Tasks>Hotlist screenshot).
