End Date Requirement Considerations

If End Dates are not a common piece of data, your organization has option to omit this date at the time of creating Jobs and Placements. Admin users with access to the Table Editor can navigate to the New Job Order Requirements area where they will see an option for “End Date." This will be checked on by default but can be unchecked to ensure this field is no longer a requirement. Please note, End Date can still be entered at a future date to end your placements.

  • Job Details: On the Operational & Financials widget, the Estimated Hours field will no longer be able to calculate based on the entered Start & End Date, this would have to be manually entered if you would like to capture Estimated Gross profit for a Job.
  • Job Details: The Job Ending Reminders widget will not be able to be utilized. Without end dates, reminders of up-and-coming ends cannot be distributed.
  • Dashboards: The Events Calendar widget will not display any ending assignments. Without end dates, displaying ending assignments will not be possible.
  • Job Talent: On the Offer flyout, the Estimated Hours field will no longer be able to calculate based on the entered Start & End Date, this would have to be manually entered if you would like to capture the Estimated Gross profit for a Job.
  • Job Talent: On the Start flyout, the Estimated Hours field will no longer be able to calculate based on the entered Start & End Date, this would have to be manually entered if you would like to capture the Estimated Gross profit for a Job.
  • Job Details: On the Hired flyout, the Estimated Hours field will no longer be able to calculate based on the entered Start & End Date, this would have to be manually entered if you would like to capture the Estimated Gross profit for a Job.
