Select the subject you'd like to set requirements for
Select any or all of the fields you deem a requirement.
1. If you see a field(s) that you do not want as a requirement, just uncheck the box next to the unwanted field(s)

New Company Profiles

In order to fully take advantage of the Company Search Page, we recommend setting the following options. Why? Avionté alerts the user when they are creating a profile for an existing client. Avionté looks to the company website on the existing profile in comparison to the new company profile to confirm the duplicate.

What good would it be to search for candidates within a ten-mile radius of the zip code "94598" if half your candidate profiles do not contain a zip code?!
