Setting Requirements Overview

What is the point of a database if you cannot trust your data? To ensure that data entering your system or data captured within select processes is detailed, we highly recommend taking advantage of Requirements.

Key Takeaways

  • Ensure the integrity of your database by implementing requirements for various data entry points, enhancing trust in the accuracy and completeness of your information.

  • Streamline data entry by configuring specific requirements for talent, company profiles, job orders, offers, nominations, pipelines, and more, creating a standardized and reliable database.

  • Facilitate a seamless workflow by setting up requirements for different processes like job filling, web applicants, and career page workflows, ensuring essential data is captured consistently throughout your system.

New Company Profiles

In order to fully take advantage of the Company Search Page, we recommend setting the following options. Why? Avionté alerts the user when they are creating a profile for an existing client. Avionté looks to the company website on the existing profile in comparison to the new company profile to confirm the duplicate.

Note: Requirements are applied to each place you are creating a new company - add-ins, Echo, and in-app

New Applicant Profiles

In order to fully take advantage of the Applicant Search Page, we recommend setting the following options. Why? When you run a search, Avionté looks to the data found on the applicant's profile. What good would it be to search for candidates within a ten-mile radius of the zip code "94598" if half your candidate profiles do not contain a zip code?!

Note: Applicant requirements are applied to the places applicants can be added - Add-ins, Echo, and in-app
