Overview

The Pipeline is used to track internal interview stages or processes your team adheres to prior to nominating/submitting a candidate. Each requisition will have its own Pipeline/Under Consideration section and is a common ground for Recruiters and Account Managers to review possible submittals.

Pipeline/Considering a Candidate
There are a few different ways to Pipeline a candidate/talent.
Applicant/Talent Profile
- Go to the Applicant/Talent profile
- Click on the drop down for the Quick Actions widget
- You may have the Pipeline option in your list
- Click on Pipeline
- Select options to the following fields:
- Stage: You can select different Pipeline stages that have been setup in Table Editor.
- Email To: Select the people that should receive an email
- Source: Select a Source that was setup in Table Editor
- Enter any Notes or Comments Below: Enter any notes or comments
- Click on the Pipeline Talent button
Talent/Candidate Manager
- Go to the Talent Screen for the Job
- There are multiple sections that you can Pipeline Talent/Candidates. Click on the links for more information.
- Nominated: This is the step after Pipelining.
- Pipelined: These are the Talent/Candidates that have already been Pipelined.
- Vendor Applicants: A list of Talent/Candidates nominated from the Vendor.
- Web Applicants: A list of Applicants that have applied for the Job.
- Auto Matcher: Provides a list of possible matches for the Job.
- Talent Search: Advanced search options to find Talent/Candidates.
- On the Talent/Candidate you want to Pipeline, click the Bullseye icon
- Select options to the following fields:
- Stage: You can select different Pipeline stages that have been setup in Table Editor.
- Email To: Select the people that should receive an email
- Source: Select a Source that was setup in Table Editor
- Enter any Notes or Comments Below: Enter any notes or comments
- Click on the Pipeline Talent button
Chrome Echo Plug-in
After parsing an applicant/talent into Avionté, you will have see the option to Pipeline/Consider the candidate.
This is done after the candidate has been imported.
- Click on the Pipeline button
- On the next screen you can Search for specific Jobs or only your Jobs
- Select, or Search and then select, all of the Jobs you want to Pipeline the candidate for
- Notice I am not able to click on the Pipeline button.
- You must select at least 1 option
- Click on the Pipeline button

- The button will display the # of Jobs pipelined for

- Once you are done, you'll see the following message
- Click on Done
Applicant/Talent Search
After populating search results, click the “Bullseye” icon OR Pipeline/Place Under Consideration in mass by using mass actions.
Note: Whether you are mass piplining 1 or more Applicants/Talent, it will be the same process.
- Once you've started a search for the Applicants/Talent
- Click the checkbox to the left of the Applicant/Talent
- Click the Mass Actions dropdown menu
- Click on Mass Pipeline
- There are a couple options to narrow the results of the Jobs listed
- Search: This will filter Jobs and searches all the fields listed
- Owner: Toggle between All Jobs and My Jobs
- Click on the checkbox next to each Job to Pipeline the Applicants/Talent to.
- Click on the Continue button
- Select options to the following fields:
- Stage: You can select different Pipeline stages that have been setup in Table Editor.
- Email To: Select the people that should receive an email
- Source: Select a Source that was setup in Table Editor
- Enter any Notes or Comments Below: Enter any notes or comments
- Click on the Pipeline Talent button
Move a Candidate through the Pipeline
Once a Candidate/Talent is listed in the Pipeline section, there can be multiple Stages to choose from.
- On the line item of the Candidate/Talent, select one of the Stages listed in the dropdown.
- The options displayed may be different than the options you are seeing.
- Click on one of these options:
Active
The options listed will continue with the Pipeline process.
Decline
The options listed will stop the Pipeline process.
Note that if you choose to use the decline option, we suggest setting up a noreply email address and saving a standard template to use.
Decline Pipelined Talent or Nominate

Candidates can be declined individually or in mass.
Note that if you choose to use the decline option, we suggest setting up a noreply email address and saving a standard template to use.
- Click on the Red Person icon
- Enter information into the following fields:
- Decline Reason: Select an option for declining to proceed with the pipeline process
- Decline from (Toggle): Select to decline just this Job or All Jobs.
- Send an email to declined Talent: Check this box to send a declined email to the Talent.
- Notes: Add any additional notes.
- Click on the Decline button
Nominate the Candidate/Talent
Click on the Green Person icon
