Pipelining/Considering Candidates (Internal Screening Process)

The Pipeline is used to track internal interview stages or processes your team adheres to prior to nominating/submitting a candidate. Each requisition will have its own Pipeline/Under Consideration section and is a common ground for Recruiters and Account Managers to review possible submittals.

Key Takeaways

  • The Pipeline is a tool designed to monitor and document the internal interview stages or procedures followed by a team before formally presenting a candidate to a client for a job order.

  • Talent can be moved through the Pipeline via methods such as the Applicant/Talent Profile, Talent/Candidate Manager, or Applicant/Talent Search, each offering specific options for stage selection, email notifications, source designation, and adding notes or comments.

  • Within the Pipeline, candidates can progress through various stages, with options like "Active" continuing the process and "Decline" halting it, necessitating the establishment of a noreply email and standard template for decline notifications for optimal efficiency.
